3. Jobseeker Responsibilities

Jobseekers agree to:

  • Respond professionally and honestly to employer inquiries
  • Not misrepresent skills, credentials, experience, or availability

We reserve the right to suspend or remove profiles that are misleading, inactive, abusive, or fraudulent.


4. Employer & Recruiter Responsibilities

Employers and recruiters agree to:

  • Use candidate data solely for legitimate hiring purposes
  • Not sell, scrape, redistribute, or misuse resumes or personal data
  • Comply with all applicable employment, privacy, and human rights laws
  • Treat jobseekers respectfully and professionally

Unauthorized data harvesting or misuse will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

  • Name, contact details, resume data, work history, skills
  • Login credentials and account activity
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and cookies
